<h1>E2128 - ECE_RelayServerNotConnected</h1>
<div class="trix-content"><p>When you are manually running a transfer or your schedules are running on a specific interval, you might come across this error message: <br><strong>E2128 - ECE_RelayServerNotConnected: The local RelayServer is not connected at the moment. Please ensure that it is connected (try restart it) and then try again.<br><br></strong>The above error indicates that one of your Rapidi connector is offline and therefore it's not connected and the data cannot be transferred.&nbsp;<br><br></p><p><strong>How to fix it:<br></strong><br></p><p><strong>Step 1 – Check the connector status in the Dashboard</strong></p><p>Before touching anything locally, verify the status of the connector from within myrapidi:</p><ol><li>Log in to your Rapidi service at <strong>myrapidi.com</strong></li><li>Navigate to the <strong>Dashboard</strong> and click <strong>Get Service Status</strong></li><li>If your connector appears under <strong>Currently NOT Connected RapidiConnectors</strong>,</li></ol><p>Proceed to Step 2.</p><p><strong>Step 2 – Restart the Rapidi Connector locally</strong></p><p>You will need to log in to the server where the Rapidi Connector is installed and restart it manually. Follow these steps:</p><ol><li>Log in to the server where the Rapidi Connector is running.</li><li>Open <strong>C:\Program Files\RapidiConnector</strong>.</li><li>Locate the file <strong>Rapidi64.cpl</strong> and <strong>right-click → Run as Administrator</strong>.</li><li>The RapidiConnector application will open. Select the connector from the list (there may be one or two listed).</li><li>Click <strong>Stop</strong>, then click <strong>Start</strong>. The connector will restart and attempt to reconnect.</li></ol><p><strong>Step 3 – Verify the Connector is back online:</strong></p><ol><li>After restarting, go back to myrapidi to confirm the connector has reconnected:</li><li>Navigate to the <strong>Dashboard </strong>page and click <strong>Get Service Status</strong> again.</li><li>If your connector is back online, you should see it under <strong>Connected Rapid Connectors</strong>. If the connector does not come back online after restarting it, please reach out to our support team.</li></ol></div>
