<h1>Start Schedules</h1>
<div class="trix-content"><p>Rapidi schedules normally run automatically based on a configured interval. But sometimes you need a sync to happen <em>right now</em> - without waiting for the next scheduled window. The <strong>Start</strong> button lets you trigger any schedule immediately, on demand.<br><br></p><p><strong>How to start a schedule manually:<br></strong><br></p><p></p><figure class="attachment attachment--content attachment--png"><div class="trix-media-container size-medium">

      </div><figcaption class="attachment__caption"></figcaption></figure><p></p><p><br><br>1. <strong>Go to Schedules<br></strong><br></p><ul><li>From the top navigation, click <strong>Schedules</strong>. You'll land on the <strong>Active</strong> tab by default, which shows all currently active schedules.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Select the schedule<br></strong><br></p><ul><li>Tick the checkbox to the left of the schedule you want to run. You can select one or multiple schedules at the same time - the action will apply to all selected rows.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Click Start<br></strong><br></p><ul><li>In the toolbar above the schedule list, click the <strong>Start</strong> button. Rapidi will confirm the action with a success message: <em>1 Schedule(s) was successfully started</em>.</li></ul><p><strong>What happens next:</strong> Rapidi sets the schedule's next run time to <em>now</em>, so it picks it up on the next processing cycle - typically within a few seconds.<br><br></p></div>
